If you want a routine you can take with you to the gym, look no further than this eight-move goodie that sculpts and tones your whole body. Get out a notebook and take down the moves: squats, chest presses, rows, overhead presses, flys, bicep curls, press-backs and lunges. You'll need three sets of hand weights: light, medium and heavy, plus a mat and a chair or bench. You'll work every muscle group to fatigue and tone quickly!
