Johnny Depp Loathes Photo Shoots, Compares Them To Rape

Johnny Depp Hates Photo Shoots

In November's Vanity Fair, Johnny Depp reveals that despite his style prowess and his tendency to dress in camera-ready get-ups, he does not like photo shoots. Not one bit.

Says Depp in the magazine, as quoted by the New York Post:

Well, you just feel like you’re being raped somehow. Raped ... It feels like a kind of weird -- just weird, man... Whenever you have a photo shoot or something like that, it’s like -- you just feel dumb. It’s just so stupid.

That's a shame, because the 48-year-old actor looks pretty good in front of the camera (a point which obviously goes without saying). Our favorite Depp shoots include his early Herb Ritts shoot for Vanity Fair back in 1995 and his super-brooding photos in The Face (the magazine that launched Kate Moss's career) all the way back in 1991.

Alas, are the days of the sexily sulking Depp photo shoots over? Apparently not, as Depp took a turn in front of Vanity Fair's lens once again for the November cover (see it here).
