Kristen Stewart Cover: British GQ Or Glamour? (PHOTOS, POLL)

Kristen Stewart had quite the busy month it seems. The "Twilight" star covers November issues of both British GQ and Glamour, showing off two totally opposite sides.

The 21-year old shows off her sexy and sultry side while channeling a pinup girl in the men's mag. Stewart vamps it up in a black bikini, sporting dark red lips and a side swept 'do while lounging poolside.

In the interview the actress tells GQ, "I looked like a boy for a long time. Now I feel like a woman." We think it's safe to say that with this spread, no one will be questioning her the existence of her womanly side.

Meanwhile on the cover of Glamour, Kristen is cute and casual as she poses in jeans and shows off her laid-back style. Looking fresh-faced and natural, Kristen looks stunning in flawless makeup and an effortless, girl-next door get-up.

Her breasts in that orange shirt on the Glamour cover look deformed and hideous. With all the photoshop, why wouldn't they fix that?

Believe it or not there are pictures out there where she actually smiles and she looks terrific in those. She must be doing a Victoria Beckham, showing no emotion and always looking the same, Blah!

I'm always happy when I see women like Sofia, Salma and Beyonce being celebrated. Of course not every woman is going have an hour-glass figure, but in Hollywood being very thin is the end all, be all look.

they are both almost completely photo shop but oh well ….. i guess all the magazine cover are at least 80% photo shop… i like her younger acting like panic room… she was okay in twilight but her acting doesn't impress me its so dull and lifeless… she is not a beauty but thats why i like her cause she looks normal… hopefully she improves her acting and smiles a little more and she should be thankful for the twilight saga bc if it weren't for it she would have no career right now.

There is a very important lesson here:
Glamour magazine is geared towards women...
GQ magazine is for men!

The difference in covers almost portrays what women want to wear/look like and what men want (or think is attractive) instead. Women want to be in jeans and be comfortable with natural makeup and hair. While men want a girl to have an exposed body with dramatic lips and hair (in this magazine it looks very pin-up). Also, in the GQ (Mens) cover, Stewart looks very young, like a little girl playing dress up. Though in both covers Kirsten is crossing her legs, the men's GQ cover she has her arms up and is leaning back ( a very vulnerable position). While in the women's Glamour cover she is leaning forward and has her arm in front of her (a position that demonstrates confidence and control).

Magazine covers are designed to sell to a particular audience and the difference in these covers dramatically demonstrates the difference in the targets audience ideas of beauty.
