For we laypeople, this weekend's New York City Wine & Food Festival was an occasion for excellent, copious eating. But for famous food industry folk, like Andrew Zimmern and Bobby Flay, it was a chance to unwind and eat other's food in good company (in between highly stressful cooking demos and event hosting duties, of course).
A select few such figures were invited to an after-party at the elite Soho House on Saturday. Zimmern and Flay joined Giada de Laurentiis, Anne Burrell and others for BLT banh mis and fried oyster sandwiches prepared by Soho House chef Paul Gerard.
