Rachael Ray And Tyra Banks Are 'Gay' For Each Other, Want To Play Spin The Bottle

During a recent taping of "The Rachael Ray show," which will air Wednesday October 5, Ray invited Tyra Banks to take over for the day. But that's not all the Food Network star invited Banks to do.

In this sneak preview of the episode (see video above), Ray confessed that she is "a little gay" for the supermodel after Banks told a story about playing a game of spin-the-bottle.

Banks responds, "You're gay for me? Aw, I'm so gay for you, too!"

The newly minted bi-curious besties then agreed to set up a game of spin-the-bottle for themselves to play sometime in the future. The clip ends with Ray remarking that her husband "just fell over if he was watching."

This is a very stupid story. I think this belittles something that is very serious to many people. Straight people pretending to be gay because it is fashionable is tasteless and stupid. I'm actually insulted by the comment. It reminds me of the way high school kids tease other kids by saying things like, "That's so gay." or "You're so gay". Sometimes these taunts can cause a kid to catch a beat down for no reason other than the perception that he/she may be gay. Maybe they are or maybe they are not, the point is that the word is used to hurt and humiliate. Rachael's a** is way to old to be saying stupid sh8t like that on TV. She sounds like a some silly, starstruck kid. And then the comment about her husband was just the icing on the cake. Tyra is around gay folks 24/7 and has worked for glbt causes for years, what have you done for anyone but yourself lately, Rachael? I wonder if she is "gay" for Oprah too? At least that would be a legitimate crush and I'm still waiting for Oprah and Gayle to come out as a couple.

It's pretty common for people to have celebrity crushes. Many couples even share fantasy lists with each other of which celebrities they're allowed to date with impunity, including people like George Clooney or, yes, Tyra Banks. And most emotionally secure people can admit that they think certain people of the same sex are hot, even if they'd never actually have sex with them.
