San Francisco knows the successful bachelor (Zuckerberg cockiness, Wilson quirkiness and enough Flajnik sweetness to forgive the suit and backpack combo), and we've housed a few good ones in our day. But as twilight sets on some of our favorite once-bachelors (
Bruce Wayne Gavin Newsom) we're craving a start-up worthy remodel for our upcoming retired-at-40.
Introducing: the ultimate San Francisco bachelor pad. Housed in the Towers at Embarcadero South (read: across the street from AT&T Park), this stylish two-bedroom is a mere post-game stroll from Momo's, 25 Lusk and 330 Ritch, making it an all too convenient spot for "just one drink."
The condo offers two levels and 1,293 square feet, with a stunning updated kitchen with Italian tile Caesarstone counters and stainless appliances. Each bedroom features a masculine bathroom and walk-in closet, and an extra room makes for a perfect home office. A small, private patio is an ideal spot for coffee or wine, and, of course, the most happening pool in the city is just outside your door.
The condo is listed at $799,000, in addition to a sizeable monthly HOA fee (why don't you pour yourself a drink before we define "sizeable") that includes high-speed Internet, a 24-hour doorman, valet, garbage/water, maintenance, homeowners insurance, security, a gym and exercise course, a barbecue area, a roof deck and use of the spa and pool. All-in-all, we think it's a small price to pay for living the dream.
And, don't worry. Should your own bachelor twilight come calling, the condo is also about a mile from the Ferry Building and the Design Center.
