Posted: Updated:

Eddie Cibrian cannot catch a break.

If the sting of canceling his show, "The Playboy Club," wasn't enough, Cibrian suffered an pretty serious injury on-set that very same day.

While running down an alley on the show's set, a 200-pound steel door fell on the actor's foot, The Chicago Sun Times reports. He received a deep gash in his heel and was rushed to Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Oh, and also a drunk driver crashed into Cibrian's and wife, LeAnn Rimes's home in California.

Well, Eddie, when God closes a door, somewhere he opens a window. Just make sure it doesn't fall on you, too.
