ATLANTA -- The lawyer for four high-ranking Atlanta Public Schools officials told Channel 2 Action News he will ask a judge to throw out an erasure analysis that is key to many of the allegations against his clients in the CRCT cheating scandal.

Lawson spoke exclusively to Channel 2 investigative reporter Mark Winne about why he alleges the erasure analysis is flawed and should not be used against his clients.

I read the rest of the story, and found no reason given by the lawyer as to what was wrong with the testing results, just that they were the basses for many of the charges against his clients, and he didn’t like that.
As to the rest of the story, that high administrators in a school system cheated to improve the students test results, to show improvement in the schools overall teaching, I don’t doubt they would, The teachers unions stands to lose a lot of respect, let alone money, when the parents find out just what crap their kids have been learning instead of reading, writing, and arithmetic. Once the true level of today’s students, and the lack of ability, in the three basics is honestly reported, there will be many surprised parents.
Little Jane, or John can paint a nice Picasso, that his/her art teacher likes, score high in inter scholastic sports, the coach thinks makes them well rounded students, they can make the teacher happy by saying the world needs saved from carbon.
All these things do not mean they have learned to read, write, and do math. But hay what matters is they had a good school experience, not that they can’t read write or do math, I mean their teachers used the newest methods, the latest textbooks, and made them all winners. The kids must just be dumb, and they need help with their grades.
