Anna Dello Russo Wears Giant Bird Hat To Carine Roitfeld's Vampire Ball (PHOTOS, POLL)

We already know that Anna Dello Russo keeps an extra apartment just for her clothes. But does she have a second spare apartment to hold her hats?

She may need one. The Vogue Nippon editor joined fashionable revelers at last night's vampire-themed ball in Paris wearing what is probably the biggest hat we've ever seen.

Designed by Stephen Jones For Giles, Dello Russo's topper featured a giant flamingo (or bright red swan?) with its curved neck extended, its beak bared angrily and real feathered wings spread wide.

The dramatic fascinator was just one approach to the night's red, white and black dress code. Others in attendance at the Carine Roitfeld-hosted fete wore extra dark black eyeliner, such as Miranda Kerr and Anja Rubik, and others went for full-on fangs, like Olivier Theyskens.

But really, Anna's topper takes the cake. Bloodied mouths, dark eyes and fake fangs may fit the theme best, but when it comes to sheer fear factor, an angry swan is the scariest of all.

That red bird hat looks like the perfect accessory for Ann Coulter...that woman is as wacky as wacky gets, and, now, here is the perfect accompaniment....
