Steve Jobs was a great CEO and innovator. He made a lot of money for himself, his employees and his stockholders, however he did not do anything to propel him to God like stature. Everyone is acting like he cured cancer or AIDS, all he did was make some cool gadgets and a ton of money. You want to really memorialize someone, how about the Doctors who save lives everyday, the scientists who really do cure diseases and those who volenteer their time to really help others. Don't get me wrong, I'm sorry he died but so do a lot of other people, move on with your lives folks.

Actually, he did help it by starting the computer revolution that has helped speed research.

How did computers find cures again? I think you meant the scientists.

I know what you meant and I agree. Because of computers and the innovations stemming from Steve Jobs, the exchange of info that may have taken weeks previously now can be obtained almost immediately (an exaggeration but you know what I mean).
