Openly gay "Star Trek" actor George Takei is still upset with his former co-star William Shatner over a previous, innocent display of affection -- and Shatner says Takei doesn't plan on ending the feud anytime soon.
"What fight? I love him. He just misinterpreted my love," Shatner tells Joy Behar on the episode of her show that airs tonight. "I don’t know, I kissed him gently on the lips and he took offense … Yes, he’s still mad at me for it, having pecked him on the cheek.”
During the interview, Shatner also finds out that he won't be seeing much of another co-star from his "Star Trek" days after Behar reveals to him that Leonard Nimoy will no longer be attending "Star Trek" conventions.
"You're kidding," Shatner tells Behar when she tells him the news. "I will miss him. I don’t know why, that’s his business.”
Looks like Shatner will just have to settle for Nichelle Nichols.
"The Joy Behar Show" airs tonight on HLN at 10:00pm.
