Olivia Palermo Launches Fashion & Lifestyle Site, OliviaPalermo.com

The world, apparently, needed another spare, stylish website in which the thin and the rich inform us where to shop, dine and get our hair done in every chic corner of the globe.

We are referring to Olivia Palermo's new website, called OliviaPalermo.com. The site, which seems to have launched today, is chock full of original content created by an editorial staff, helmed by Sandy Hussain and Palermo herself.

The main topic pages include Fashion, Beauty, Accessories, Lifestyle, Travel and Tips.

The Tips page is, of course, the most entertaining thus far. It currently contains a profile on Julien Farel Salon in New York and Olivia showing you "how to rock leather shorts" (in which she neglects to inform readers that the key to truly rocking leather shorts is having impossibly long, slender legs).

The site is sleek and informative, à la Gwyneth Paltrow's GOOP. But we do see a few areas for improvement, including hiring a spellchecker (we found a typo or two) and -- call us crazy -- including more pictures of Palermo.

Because if Palermo is good at anything, it is getting dressed. Girl's got killer style and we'd love to see more of it.

Head to OliviaPalermo.com to check out the first few posts.

How to be fabulous. First thing, don't start a website. Fabulous people don't do websites.

I will not click over to her site. No, no, and again, no! The less attention this stuff gets, the better...

Wow. So many typos. She and her staff really need to take a basic grammar course. Too bad. She should really know the difference between "who's" and "whose".

Of course, we needed another one. How would those of us slipping out of the middle class and the working poor remain hopeful...............!!!!

According to Herman Cain, it's your fault you're not as rich and beautiful as Olivia Palermo...you just need to work harder. Although, Olivia didn't have to work hard at all, but I guess that's besides the point, right Herm?

You just had to bring your partisan nonsense into this didn't you.
