Paul McCartney, Nancy Shevell Marry Wearing Stella McCartney (PHOTOS)

Stella McCartney's recent Spring 2012 show opened with a short white dress, perhaps indicating she had wedding dresses on the mind.

On Sunday, when Paul McCartney married American sweetheart Nancy Shevell in Old Marylebone Town Hall, both the bride and the groom wore Stella McCartney originals.

51-year-old Shevell looked classy in an off-white, knee-length dress with covered buttons and Paul, Stella's father, wore a navy suit and a youthful skinny tie.

Stella also designed the bridesmaids dresses as well as her own... and was even responsible for the reception's three-course vegetarian meal, reports the AP (the designer is famously a vegetarian and advocate of animal rights).

Nope, I don;t think he made the same mistake twice.I'm certain that this time there were prenutuals involved.Plus the fact that she's a multi millionare in her own right so even if it didn't work out,this time it would certainly be an amicable split and the two would not owe each other anything money wise that is.I hope he is very happy and that everything works out for him and his new wife,he certainly deserves some much needed happiness

Haven't read the comments yet, but the bride's dress is horrible. A nice ivory or what ever is her color, lace fitted sheath dress would have been lovely!

Yes, that stark white is just not flattering, it might have been fine in the summer when she would have had a decent tan, but not at this time of year...wonder who made that decision...

Barbara Walters definitely needs to stop with the Botox and fillers. And years ago she should have started getting hair weaves. The few strands she still has on top are teased , sprayed, cemented and you can still see the light and background behind them. She is 80. Can barely walk and still think she's fooling everyone. The thinning hair tells the truth about every woman.

She's very pretty. They look happy. But her dress looks like an old time nurse's uniform. And her choice of shoes is the worst.

Best Wishes to them both! Both her dress and his attire are absolutely perfect. Stella did a wonderfully age appropriate, exquisite but not flashy, flattering dress for Nancy. I can't believe she is 51...amazing. He looks healthier and happier than I've seen him look in photos in a long time. This wedding was quiet and respectable unlike the circus performed by the Kardashians!

I'm Paul's age & my advice to him...."if you got it,...spend it you can't take it with you" also, have a happy life together...what's left of it. If you live to age seventy-five just be glad that you're still alive........

I am so very happy for Paul and Nancy. Paul has been a lost soul since Linda passed away, but now I see a gleem of happiness in his eyes once again and that is worth more than anything for me to see ....HIS happiness!!!
