Gail Simmons shows you how to use foods you already have in your pantry to make easy, tasty recipes.

In this video, Gail uses breadcrumbs -- which she thinks add great texture to any dish -- to liven up chicken breasts and broccoli, and to make her version of clams casino. Gail gives chicken breasts their crisp coating with a couple cups of breadcrumbs, and then tops the poultry with a light salad of arugula, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and a lemon dressing. Gail's clams casino feature pancetta (instead of the typically used bacon), and the strong flavors of garlic, thyme and oregano in addition to crunchy crumbs. Lastly, broccoli is turned into a delicious treat when oven-roasted with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
