South Carolina vs. Mississippi State: 5 Reasons the Gamecocks Will Beat Bulldogs

The South Carolina Gamecocks will battle the Mississippi State Bulldogs in Davis Wade Stadium for SEC glory; kickoff is set for 12:21 p.m. and the game will be televised on the SEC Network.

USC enters the contest with a record that stands at 5-1, 3-1 in the SEC; Mississippi State is 3-3, 0-3 in the SEC. USC leads the series 7-6 against MSU with three wins in Starkville. The two teams last met in 2007 with USC winning 38-21, and Coach Steve Spurrier has an all-time record of 6-2 against Mississippi State.
