If this upcoming Disney album is even near as good as his previous Gershwin project, then we're all in for a treat. I draw a direct line in the The Great American Songbook right from Gershwin, Porter, Berlin, Rodgers, and Ellington right through Burt Bacharach and Brian Wilson. The man is a national treasure, and has brought more happiness to more people than any of us can ever hope to. God only knows where we'd be without him...

Very cool! Brian has persevered through the decades in spite, or because of, his demons. Genius.
