here is a free tip to anyone wanting to be the next netflix-- better movies at a cheap price. i do not want to pay $10 per month for new releases from the mid 80's. nor do i want to pay $5 per movie at itunes or the like.

when the russian's were offering music at 25 cents per track i spent several hundred dollars collecting music. i would have never spent that much at itunes!!!

at redbox i spend $4 each time i use it!!!

cheaper stuff means that we BUY MORE!!!!

If you're spending $4 at redbox, you're either renting 4 movies at a time, or renting one movie at a time and keeping it four days, or some combination such as that. Redbox would not be a good choice for you then. I have Amazon Prime and like it. It's the same price as Netflix and currently streams 11,000 + movies and TV shows and id getting new content quite regularly. The main reson I like it is because I will not continue to do business with companies who price gouge me.

The only moat that NF had was the goodwill it had built up with it's customers.
Not understanding this, they have destroyed their value.
I look for someone to overtake them.

I dunno........ Pandora doesn't have a thing to worry about if the Skype application is anything like what they're planning........... It is utter garbage........
