Gaddafi Dead Video: Libyan Dictator Killed In Sirte (GRAPHIC VIDEOS)

In the wake of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi's capture and killing, a number of videos have surfaced, both of his capture and his eventual death.

Libyan rebels found the African leader after capturing Gaddafi's hometown Sirte. Initial reports suggested Gaddafi was killed during a firefight or NATO-bombing on his convoy. Yet some of the videos seem to indicate he may have been killed after being captured.

There is also video of Gaddafi's dead body, seemingly before it was loaded on a truck headed for the city of Misrata.

It appears to me that Libya will be just as barbaric as Gaddafi. They showed their lack for civility, and prove the middle east culture is what it is.

A job well done. No American troops KIA or WIA in this action. And compared to any other fights we've been involved with, not nearly as expensive. Republicans called it leading from behind. a normal person would call it strategic planning. And in the grand finale, it was our drones that gave the rebels the chance to nab the guy they were after. Their terrorist dictator who'd had his boot on their necks for almost 50 years. He wouldn't have been hiding in that pipe if it hadn't been for OUR drone blasting his convoy as he was trying to run away from the town being attacked by the rebels. The convoy was hit, and the slimy rat crawled into a storm drain. The rebels dragged his butt out and shot him. Was it to harsh? Was he feeling terror? After all the deaths he caused, and the murders committed on his orders, he received the end he deserved. Live by the sword. Die by the sword. I don't give a darn what anybody says, chalk one more up for the President.

Gee maybe you'd prefer the promise that the Iraq War would be paid for by oil. In 2010 Gaddafi offered to invest $97 billion in Africa to free it from Western influence, on condition that African states rid themselves of corruption and nepotism. Gaddafi always dreamed of a Developed, United Africa and was about to make that dream come true - and nothing is more terrifying to the West than a Developed, United Africa.

I have mixed feelings about the inhumane way Gadaffi has been killed after been captured alive - every ounce of dignity was striped of him literally and figuratively, he was beaten, stripped when begging for his life, and then murdered in cold blood.
Is this justice from a civilized behavior point of view? Absolutely not.
But if you ask all those family members who lost their Sdear ones in Gadaffi's terrorist acts in the 1980s, they would feel that it is most justified. Finally, they are getting the justice that they deserved and wanted. More than made up for the 23 years of delay.
I would be for the Hague conventions to be held for anyone and for his to be judged in a court of law. But I am also understanding of the directly affected people who feel that he got the right punishment, better than what they had hoped would happen and had prayed for.
I really am not able to take a side in this, meaning whether anyone deserve to be treated like this when they are shot, begging for mercy and have done their part to come back to civilized world since 2003. They deserve at least a trial. So, it is beyond my objective reasoning. But I am against ANY innocent defenseless person who has surrendered to be butchered like this, even though he had acted with equal impunity.

I agree with you. I think (unfortunately) that it is simply a part of their culture. After posting my comment, then reading yours, that Gadaffi didn't deserve to be treated any better than the way his victims were treated.

Republicans say that leading from behind is bad. I guess it is bad for the person with the target on his butt! Now this is what I call paling around with Muslims. Obama has been doing a great job of wiping out tyrannical regimes while paling around with Muslims. Bush could've learned alot from Muslim pals. In stead he tried to blow a hole in everything and lump all Muslims together. One plan works. The other one cost a trillion dollars and thousands of lives. Republicans are confused about Obama's war vs Bush's wars. "How can it be over so soon?" Obama didn't even blow everything to hell. In stead Libyans are throwing up peace signs and thanking NATO and each other. Hmmmm. Wonder if that would've worked in the other wars? We will never know.
