The AIDAcara is a resort-class family-friendly ship that can hold just over a thousand passengers. The ship is one of the smaller ones in the AIDA family, but it is still big on amenities, including a salon, a spa and a mini-golf course.

The pool in the middle of the AIDAcara features rock formations and palm trees. On the large deck are a basketball and volleyball court. In the fitness center is a putting green and golf simulator.
