World Series Game 3 LIVE UPDATES: Rangers vs. Cardinals

WORLD SERIES GAME 3

Time to play in Texas! The Rangers and Cardinals try to grab a World Series lead Saturday night in Game 3 at Rangers Ballpark. St. Louis manager Tony La Russa pulled out all the stops for a Game 1 victory, but those moves backfired in Game 2 as Texas came back in the ninth inning to tie the series.

Kyle Loshe will pitch for St. Louis, coming off two straight losses in the postseason to Philadelphia and Milwaukee, respectively. Ron Washington and the Rangers will rely on Matt Morrison. After getting shelled in Game 1 of the ALDS, Morrison bounced back with a big win in Game 4 against Tampa Bay on the road. Then he lead the Rangers to another Game 4 win against Detroit on the road.

Will the Cardinals take back home field advantage with a Game 3 victory? Or will the Rangers bats finally come alive at home?

Stay tuned here for live updates throughout the game and tweet to @HuffPostSports to join in the conversation.
