Jennifer Aniston: Not Engaged, Not Pregnant

Jennifer Aniston wants to be very clear: she's not engaged and she's not pregnant.

The private actress, sick of hearing constant baby rumors, decided to set the record straight while promoting her Lifetime move, "Five."

"Rumor number one: I am not planning to get married any time soon," she told Hello! magazine, via PEOPLE, adding that she's not even sure if she'll ever tie the knot again -- a notion she shares with ex-husband Brad Pitt.

So while she and beau Justin Theroux have been spotted wearing matching rings, there's no wedding in the works for these two, for now at least.

But what about a baby? Those persistant pregnancy rumors never seem to stop, so Aniston just decided to confront the issue head on.

"And rumor Number two: no, we're not pregnant," she said. "It's just I quit smoking, so I've gained a couple of pounds."

We guess when a couple heads to the doctor together, it doesn't automatically mean they are expecting a baby. Perhaps Jessica Simpson should take a hint from Aniston's candor about the baby issue.

This is probably why all of her boyfriends run off because the tabloids have them getting married and pregnant every week. And to the other posters, i highly doubt she is "waiting" for Brad Pitt to come back to her, let it go.

Based on these comments, Ms. Aniston brings out the absolute worst in people...a lot of projection and venting happening here that I'm sure has little to do with Aniston herself. I am a secure and happy enough person to say that I wish her all the best, and whether or not she wants to be married or a mom is not my business. She is an entertainer plain and simple, and has made her mark...like it or not.

Us older women have experience, maturity and knowledge under our belts and cant still be sexy as hell. But I understand you guys would rather deal with a ditzy "OMG!" unintelligent "Is this chicken or fish? type women. Personally I tried dating someone a lot younger and it was a nightmare. Nothing in common, horrendous jealousy issues and not enough experience with life. Jen is hot as hell for her age and 40 is the new 30. Alot of us look better then the 20 year olds because we take better care of ourselves. We've already been through the drug thing and if we survived we are enlightened to do better for ourselves. So I really don't think Tara Reed, Paris Hilton, Lindsey Lohan and Jessica Simpson have anything on Jennifer Aniston. I'd rather see and hear her then those young pukes I mentioned above. They have no substance.
