Kevin Joseph O'Connell, San Rafael Man, Pleads Guilty To Barbara Boxer Death Threats

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. -- Prosecutors say a Northern California man has pleaded guilty to making death threats against Sen. Barbara Boxer.

Authorities say O'Connell threatened Boxer in a voicemail he left at her San Francisco office in July. He allegedly claimed he was being harassed by authorities and was in a dispute with his neighbors.

San Rafael police have said the death threat wasn't related to Boxer's political positions.

O'Connell's lawyer, Deputy Public Defender Bonnie Marmor, described the call as a cry for help.

Kevin Joseph O'Connell there it is again, if there is a politcal involvement in the crime they use all three names on the person. I have read several articles in the last two days about parents killing their kids and kids their parents but they just used two names. So HP what is up with using the middle names when there is a politician involved??

After Boxer humiliated an active duty General by instructing him not to call her Ma'm but Senator I have little regard for this professional politician who has been on the public payroll since 1972. California is going under and the voters maintain the same people in charge. What this guy had on his mind was dead wrong.....but I can understand why anyone would think little of this elected official.
