Ryan Adams' 'Night Sweats': Talking Metal Before Halloween (VIDEO)

Ryan Adams is on record as a heavy metal fan who'd make heavy metal music if he could. Frustrated, you might call him. Or crazy. Maybe Ryan Adams is just crazy. Here is an example of why that might be true, an episode of a parody show Adams calls "Night Sweats." There is exactly one co-host in zombie makeup who speaks nonsense and exactly one slice of pizza that speaks regular words. There's also an Adams-approved heavy metal playlist that's pretty comprehensive, even though it leaves out his wife's favorite band Voivod. Next time, on "Night Sweats"?

Lucky Now, his single off the new album is brilliant - melody and meaning, timeless and testing, it is great to have him back, finding love and happiness, conquering his illness and making music. The world is so much better with him in it. As for his Lost Highway days, those were his lost weekend days, but hopefully that is behind him with a glorious road ahead.

i met ryan a number of times when i was working with lost highway records. he's more than tool, he's the complete tool box. i was warned about that before meeting him for the first time, but there is nothing that can prepare you for him.
you can't deny that he puts out great records, though!!
