This deconstructed Caesar salad can even work as small bites for a cocktail party.

Ingredients

Directions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, garlic, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Add parmesan cheese, chicken cubes, celery and parsley. Remove outer leaves from romaine lettuce. Lay out romaine leaves on a platter. Spoon 1/4 cup chicken salad into the center of each of the leaves. Serve as is, or wrap with warmed flour tortillas.
