It’s hard to believe this incredibly rich, silky pudding is so easyand requires so few ingredients. Try it and you’ll be converted. Try to use the highest-quality chocolate possible.
- Place chocolate in a glass bowl and microwave on high, stirring every 45 seconds, until melted, about 3 minutes total. Combine chocolate, tofu and soymilk in blender and puree until very smooth, scraping down sides of blender if necessary, about 1 minute. Distribute among six 4-oz. ramekins or small glass bowls and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
