In this simple, healthy salad, raisins add extra color and sweetness to complement the honey. This is especially good with fish, and casual dishes like hot dogs, and hamburgers.
- Put the sliced cabbage in a bowl with the carrots. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, honey, salt, pepper and raisins and mix well. Pour the mixture over the cabbage and carrots and toss well to coat.
