Deviled Chicken Drumsticks

The buttery bread crumb coating will crisp up as the chicken bakes and you'll have smiles from everyone at the table when they bite into these yummy drumsticks. Try it with Sauteed Citrus Carrots.
- Preheat oven to 450 F. with rack in lower third of the oven. Lightly oil a large (18- by 13-inch) 4-sided sheet pan.
- Stir together mustard, sugar, 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1/4 teaspoons black pepper in a large bowl. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter, cayenne, and 1/4 teaspoons salt on a large plate. Add chicken to mustard mixture and toss to coat. Dredge chicken in bread crumbs, patting to adhere, then transfer to sheet pan, spacing evenly apart. Roast chicken in oven, turning once, until chicken is cooked through and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
