Green Goddess Dressing

This recipe was created in the 1920’at San Franciso’s Palace Hotel as a tribute to George Arliss who played was featured in a movie of the same name (needs confirmation). Green Goddess was the most popular salad dressing in the U.S. until Ranch came along.
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until you have a thick, creamy green sauce.
- TIP: Can be used as a dip or dressing.
- TIP: For a thinner dressing, add more milk
- TIP: Be sure to add mayonnaise and sour cream to blender first, so that the other ingredients “catch”.
