- In a small sauté pan over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and sauté the onion for 10 to 15 minutes, or until soft.
- Mix together the meat, the sautéed onion, the breadcrumbs, cumin, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. With wet hands, form the meat into small balls.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive in a sauté pan over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through. Serve with tortillas (and make meatball soft tacos!).
