- With a knife, cut the top of the muffins and preserve for other use. Use just the "trunks" of the muffins for this recipe.
- Cut the muffins in half, like a sandwich. Spread 1/4 of the custard on the top and bottom portions of each muffin. Layer bottom portion of custard-covered muffin trunk with sliced strawberries, and then close back up by replacing the top portion.
- Spread frosting around the muffins. Decorate with blueberries and raspberries.
