- Heat oven to 400°F. Have ready a shallow baking dish large enough to hold bananas in 1 layer.
- Put orange juice, sugar and lemon juice in dish; stir to mix. Peel bananas, cut in half lengthwise, then crosswise. Add to dish; toss to coat. Dot with the spread.
- Bake uncovered 14 minutes or until bananas are soft when pierced and liquid bubbles around edges. Serve the bananas hot with the juices.
- Serve with ham, or for dessert with lowfat frozen yogurt.
