Broiled steak, basted with a savory orange sauce, is thinly sliced and served with extra sauce.


  • 1 jar (12 oz.) Campbell's® Slow Roast Beef Gravy
  • 1 tbsp. orange zest cut in 1"-long very thin strips
  • 2 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless beef top round steak , 1 1/2" thick


  • MIX gravy, orange zest, orange juice and garlic powder and set aside.
  • PLACE steak on rack in broiler pan. Broil 4" from heat until desired doneness (allow 25 min. for medium), turning once and brushing often with gravy mixture. Thinly slice steak.
  • HEAT remaining gravy mixture to a boil and serve with steak.
