Roast Chicken Sandwiches with Tapenade

This easy-make-sandwich features toasted whole grain bread filled with a scrumptious combination of sliced chicken breast, arugula, tomatoes and prepared olive tapenade.
- 4 teaspoon prepared tapenade
- 4 slice Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 15 Grain Bread , toasted
- 1/2 cup arugula leaves
- 6 ounce sliced roasted chicken breast
- 6 tomato slice
- Spread the tapenade on 2 bread slices. Top with the arugula, chicken, tomato and remaining bread slices.
- Tip: This recipe can be halved to make 1 serving.
