Rosemary and Garlic Rub

- In a medium bowl, combine the garlic, rosemary, salt, and both paprikas; stir to mix. Place the peppercorns in a spice grinder and pulverize until they have an evenly coarse grind. Add the rest of the rub and grind again, just to combine. The rub will keep in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
