Rosemary Lamb Chops with Lemon Sauce

Swanson® Natural GoodnessTM Chicken Broth is the perfect base for this exquisite lemon-mustard sauce that complements grilled or broiled rosemary-seasoned lamb chops.
- PREHEAT broiler.
- RUB lamb chops with rosemary. Place chops on broiler pan and broil 3 to 4" from heat for 5 to 6 min. Turn chops and broil 3 to 5 min. until done.
- MIX broth and cornstarch in saucepan until smooth. Add lemon zest, lemon juice and mustard. Cook over medium heat until mixture bubbles and thickens, stirring constantly. Spoon over lamb chops.
- TIP: Lamb chops can also be grilled. Preheat grill. Grill chops over medium heat for 3 to 4 min. Turn chops and grill for 6 to 7 min. (for medium-rare) or until done. Prepare sauce as directed above.
