  • Preheat oven to 350°. Put chicken in an 8-in. square baking pan and coat with about 2 tbsp. barbecue sauce. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake until no longer pink at center of thickest part (cut to test), about 20 minutes. Remove chicken from oven and increase temperature to 400°. Let chicken stand until cool enough to handle.

  • Bake pizzas until cheese is browned and bubbling, 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a board and cut into wedges.
