Silvio Berlusconi, Italian PM, Caught Checking Out Helle Thorning-Schmidt, Danish PM (VIDEO)

Silvio Berlusconi, the embattled prime minister of Italy who is infamous for his "bunga bunga" parties and was under investigation for allegedly paying underage women for sex, appears to be at it again: cameras on Wednesday caught the 74-year-old apparently checking out the derrière of Helle Thorning-Schmidt, the newly-elected prime minister of Denmark.

As Thorning-Schmidt walks away after shaking hands with the Italian PM, Berlusconi's head and eyes follow, and it appears he gives her backside the once-over. At one point, his head appears to dip, as though he's focusing on her rear-end.

The two heads of state joined other European leaders at the EU Summit in Brussels to discuss the European debt crisis.

According to Monsters & Critics, the exchange was filmed by the European Council's video service.

The Telegraph reported on Thursday that Berlusconi has spent a whopping $4.25 million (3 million Euros) buying gifts for models, actresses and female television personalities.

The documents, obtained by La Repubblica newspaper, showed that between January 2007 and June 2008 the billionaire prime minister paid out 17 million euros to his friends and associates, including political allies, personal staff and his brother Paolo, who edits the right-wing Il Giornale newspaper.

Every man on the face of the planet does the exact same thing, this is stupid. Yes, he sucks at managing the financial affairs of his country and is probably very much culpable with regard to it's many of the economic Italian woes, and yes he has been known to be a rauscious womanizer, but for the love of God, he is a man, and men respond to the visual. He could be a little more discreet, but whatever. That's one thing for which he should not be convicted.

It's just a shame for Italian women to be living in a country where men objectify them above taking them seriously. Have you ever watched Italian tv? It's full of ugly old men (except for The Carabinieri....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yM69eZ3bUIc&NR=1) and curvaceous young women. It would be nice for the "leader' of this amazing country to set a standard for the rest of the men to follow and this gesture as simple as it seems is not helping.

Looking at beauty is fine..and women can look beautiful that's fine too. The difference is that Berlusconi mocks women when he fraternizes with underage girls and when he shows disrespect for a woman. Men can appreciate a woman for more than one thing.
