- Heat garlic in oil in a medium saucepan until aromatic. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 8 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- TOSS with drained cooked pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Of course, you can add vegetables, beans, tuna, crushed red pepper--anything your family likes.
