South of the Border Burgers
Provided by: Campbell's Kitchen
Here's a simply good Friday night dinner, when you want something really tasty that's easy to make. It features tender beef burgers served with a chili-cheese sauce that has a lot of flavor without a lot of heat.
- Shape the beef into 6 (1/2-inch thick) burgers.
- Cook the burgers in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned on both sides. Pour off any fat.
- Stir the soup, water and chili powder in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Serve the burgers and sauce on the buns. Top with the sour cream.
