Jeremy Salamon, the teen blogger behind, shared this recipe with KitchenDaily. It's part of a 1950s style menu he prepared with some of his friends.



  • In a large saute pan, melt the butter and then add all the vegetable's and saute for 2 minutes, stirring. Add water, salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir in chopped chives and salt and pepper to taste.
