- 1. In a 4 1/2 or 5-quart slow cooker place cabbage wedges. Sprinkle with tapioca. Remove fat from meat. Place meat on top of cabbage in cooker. Sprinkle with allspice thyme pepper salt sage and paprika. Combine in a small bowl the water mustard and horseradish. Pour over mixture in cooker.
- 2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 10 to 12 hours or on high-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours.
