- 3 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 3 slices Sara Lee Heart Healthy 100% Whole Wheat Bread, toasted
- 1 piece leaf lettuce
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 2 thin slices tomato
- 1 1/2 ounces Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ultra Thin Smoked Ham
- 2 3 slices bread and butter pickles
- 1 slice American cheese
- 1 ounce Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ultra Thin Hard Salami
- 1 1/2 ounces Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ultra Thin Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast
- Spread one tsp. mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
- Top one bread slice with lettuce, Swiss cheese, tomato, ham, second bread slice, pickles, American cheese, salami, turkey, and remaining bread slice.
