Penn Badgley's First Acting Role On 'Will And Grace' (VIDEO)

We already wished "Gossip Girl" actor Penn Badgley a happy 25th birthday, but we came across this clip from his first role on television and had to share.

Penn is credited as "Boy #1, Todd" in this 1999 episode of "Will and Grace." In this short scene, 12-year-old Penn plays a bully who teases another child by insinuating that he's gay.

Penn's character and another bully are told off by Sean Hayes' character Jack, who tells them, "This macho bully schoolyard crap is so 1983 I could vomit. Now scram!"
