On Oct. 28, 2011 New York City celebrated the 125th anniversary of the Statue of Liberty. The celebration included the naturalization of 125 new citizens from 46 nations and a fireworks display around the statue.

I went inside the SOL once and i'll never go again. You climb a spiral stair case and rest every few minutes once you get to the top and look out the crown you're hurried  to get going because you're holding up the line and then you're on your way down. Inside is alot smaller than you think.
