this just in ---- the EPA is set to regulate all the hot air and farts from congress.

Once again, Republicans defend American citizens from a non-existent threat (akin to the voter ID laws passed by Republican legislatures around the country to protect against voting fraud, something has not happened in a federal election in 30 years).
