Kim Kardashian Split: Kris Jenner Says Kim Is 'In A Lot Of Pain'

Kris Jenner opened up to AOL about Kim Kardashian's recent split from Kris Humphries, revealing that her daughter is "in a lot of pain and having a hard time with her marriage."

Kardashian filed for divorce Monday, citing "irreconcilable differences." She told Australian morning show "Sunrise" Thursday that "intuition" led her to end her 72-day marriage.

"I think when you know so deep in your heart that you just have to listen to your intuition, and follow your heart," she said. "There's no right or wrong thing to do."

Though Jenner said that it's a "good thing" that fans of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" feel like they know the family "intimately," she insists that "people don't know the true story."

"You have a lot of people making assumptions and judging us unfairly at times and people really need to listen and just be patient and wait for everything to reveal itself," she said. "I think that would be a lot more productive and a lot less painful for all of us going through such a hard time."
