Rumer Willis Sports New Tattoos (PHOTOS)

Talk about some major ink! Rumer Willis was spotted in Los Angeles on Thursday sporting a new accessory -- quite a few tattoos. Although we've all seen the words "Be Present" running down her ribcage, Rumer's newest set of ink has us wondering if it's the real deal or if she's sporting temporary tattoos for an acting role -- we're assuming it's the latter.

And if she did get legitimately inked, could Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher's recent headlining relationship be the thing that pushed Rumer to such a permanent act? Probably not. We bet the 23-year-old is a little too mature for that kind of reaction.

She will regret one day. Look at 50 cent he has spent a ton of cash on getting them removed and it's even more painfull. Im not anti tattoo's , just feel people should get them in moderation. What you like today might not be something you like maybe 10 years later.

Demi scarred this daughter for life when she brought home the boy in the poster that was hanging in her teenage daughter's bedroom. Rumer has stated that it freaked her out and she ripped down the poster immediately. Demi had to know that it was there and that she had a teenager's crush. Her teenage crush became her mother's lover and eventually Rumer's step dad. That is messed up. What kind of mother does something like that? And what do you think this open marriage and odd behaviour that Demi and Ashton have shown could have done to her girls mental state of mind? Demi has not set a good example for them and they have learned that this is normal. So Sad.

Do you mean whose 'daughter' brings home that thing? I've always felt about her the same way I felt about Rosie and Queen Latifah, it's inevitable that she comes out. (Not that there's anything wrong with that) She just seems hard as heck.

That's disgusting. She used to be such a beautiful girl. What is it with girls wanting to get tattoos. I know more women with tattoos than men.
It makes her seem desperate for attention.

You are right, she is a pretty gal but those tattoos are distracting. Tattoos just do not scream class and elegance, especially when wearing a gown.

Can you imagine her at her wedding, or some other fancy occasion with those tattoos all over her arms? I get it, whatever floats your boat but you have to think she will regret it once that's no longer cool among the hipster crowd she wants to be a part of.

I would hope that these pictures were taken on the set of an upcoming turdmovie she's been put in by the ministrations of Broose, now that they all have to find a new house since Dummi and Asston are splitting up.......but her broken-down ballet-slippers and ragged, threadbare nightgown, on top of her prison tattoos, indicate the girl has fallen into street prostitution.

I disagree plastic surgery is a horrible option to anything except the very rarest cases...otherwise stay way from taking a chisel to any part of your body...

No one was suggesting plastic surgery. The poster was just pointing out that she's not a looker even if the tattoos weren't there.
