Justin Bieber has been dodging baby daddy and breakup rumors for the past week, and although he's tired of defending himself, he's not letting what he calls "crap and lies" get him down, especially right near the holidays.

Bieber took to Twitter Tuesday while in Europe promoting his new Christmas album, "Under the Mistletoe" to send a clear messages to his fans.

"Even through all the crap and lies...my fans have been there for me," Bieber continued, before announcing that "Under The Mistletoe" officially reached the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200.

"So to the people making up this BS...SANTA CLAUS IS COMIN TO TOWN B*Tches!" he added, along with a link to a new claymation video for his song, "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town."

The "BS" Bieber is referring is, of course, Mariah Yeater's claim that the singer, 17, is the father of her infant son. Bieber has adamantly denied the accusations, and it was announced over the weekend that he plans to take a paternity suit to put the rumors to rest, and then he and his team will sue Yeater.

And as for those breakup rumors between him and girlfriend Selena Gomez? Forget about it. The couple stepped out hand-in-hand in Belfast last weekend before the MTV European Music Awards.
