It's hardly an original observation, but we live in a youth-obsessed culture. And nowhere is that more apparent than in Tinseltown, where many famous faces look frozen in time.

But not every celeb succumbs to the prevailing "pro-youth" pressures. The music and entertainment businesses can, in fact, be excellent places to look for examples of men and women who are reaching out and wrapping their arms around the aging process -- embracing it with enthusiasm and grace.

Here are 30 celebs we think are acing the aging-well game -- whether with a positive attitude, a particular healthy habit or simply wearing wrinkles with pride. Think we left any off the list? Let us know!

The actress told More magazine that with age has come more clarity and focus -- attributes she said she didn't necessarily have in her 20s and 30s.

"I feel much more alive," she told the magazine. "When you're younger, you have a tendency to be relieved by fantasies. But now the drama of real life comes charging in."

The next time you profile aging beautiful, please state how old these people are. You cannot
compare someone 40 with someone 70, and also real graceful aging includes aging without
costimetic surgery.

Huffpost, are you nuts putting Kate Winslet and others in their thirties, beside people in their 50ies and talke abouth their aging!? They still have decades to go until someone will be able to say if they age gracefully. Silly.

Diane Keaton (as well as probably several others here) has made it very clear she's had a lot of work done. Is it really aging gracefully to get a huge amt of cosmetic surgery? I'm more impressed with the actors, actresses and every day people who are in their 30s, 40s and 50s, have some lines and normal signs of aging, yet aren't freaked out about it and take care of themselves.

I noticed that they included Kate Winslet, but not Angelina Jolie. I think this article is a back-handed compliment. It's like saying "Hey, these people are old!" Angelina Jolie is old too, and she's aging gracefully, with lots of help from her plastic surgeon.

Cloris Leachman, Lauren Bacall, Candice Bergen, Sally Field. Yes, there definitely should be an age cap - Kate Winslet is my age and I thought this was the one thing I didn't have to worry about just yet.
