Gwyneth Paltrow At The Bambi Awards: Super Sparkly! (PHOTOS, POLL)

She never ceases to amaze us.

Gwyneth Paltrow is a grown woman with much to juggle -- a husband, children, a high-flying career and some seriously high-profile friends. But she never looks less than perfectly turned out on the red carpet.

In fact, sometimes she is so perfect she nearly blinds us.

Today the 39-year-old walked the red carpet of Germany's Bambi Awards (we'd never heard of them either, but apparently Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga attended) wearing a super sparkly green gown from Elie Saab's Spring 2012 collection. As if the head-to-toe glitter wasn't enough, Gwynnie bravely donned a large diamond choker.

Oh, and did we mention the plunging neckline?

From top to bottom, the look was utterly glamourous and bold as only Gwyneth can pull off. Take a look below -- does she rock the look or is it all too much?
